This was such an undeserved win. Not only is Manabu in the right while Yuuna is an annoying bitch, he also played waaay better. Celeb Rose Influencers was such an ass pull.

I was wrong with what I said about the character with the moral high ground winning! Manabu actually had all the right about keeping Yuuga captive until interrogating him and saving the Velgearians, so he should have won! But of course, they just HAD to give this victory to a pushy bitch who only had a hissy fit! Not to mention, I hate how they downgraded Manabu, after working hard before to beat Yuuna! Its unfair for him to become the comedy relief version of Chazz Princeton from season 3 of GX! So annoying! But Zwijo would still beat both with half a deck even! :(

All I believe is this episode has just been made to promote Yuuna's Celeb cards. Manabu played a magnificent duel here. I even thought that duel might have ended sooner this time but no. Plot armor after plot armor...
I knew Yuuga wouldn't stay there, so it wasn't surprise.
Anyway, the next episode appears to be going to be a banger episode. Yuuhi gonna shine again. I wonder if Yuamu will do anything decent tho.

This is actually a foreshadowing to what happens in SEVENS: one of Yuna's descendants is called Yuga probably because of Yuga and Yuna wasnt able to end up with him.

i have doubts that swilly is her descendant given that him, his siblings and generations of presidents before them were adopted into the goha family.

Her cards Celeb deck is awesome i wanna have those cards and also I have never seen Yuga being pissed of like that literally mad never seen him do that in his timeline.

Aside from Yuna not giving enough shit about the fact that Yudias and his people are dying as she should which is not nice (especially since even Manya cares more) i cannot overstate how damn unlikeable they make Manabu. Like i did’t feel like Yuna truely deserved to get a win here (despite she is my favorite girl character in the show) but the thing is Manabu deserved it EVEN LESS than she did

Manabu until his duel against Zwijo was one of my favorite characters in the show, i liked him more than Gakuto and i thought his character and dueling record and skills were at a perfect spot. I had always thought that Gakuto who was supposed to be the more serious one in the Sevens group was way too goofy (especially after the whole gakuting garbage) for that role and on the other hand Manabu was way more serious when needed while still retaining a comedic side at times and his relationship with Nyandestar was always way better and important than Gakuto had with Ranze and Rinnosuke. And as i said Manabu’s dueling skills were nice too, he was not invincible but he had beaten Rovian and Yuna back to back before his character assasination. Before that point his character was at a perfect spot and THEN the Zwijo duel happened

They completely ruined Manabu just so that Zwijo could look like the better man. A complete utter disrespect to Manabu’s character and the worst thing is they didn’t even stop there. Instead of just keeping the damage in that one episode they doubled and then tripled and all other numbers downed on that shit again and again and further made him the butt of all jokes. Heck his character turned in such a terrible way that even Nyandestar, his best friend, is done with his shit more than half the time and hating or mocking him is a running joke as itself at this point and it is right as well because he is THAT bad. I was once fearing that they would ruin his character with giving him Gakuting but i would have highly prefered Gakuting to him trying to kill Zwijo or being an absolute bastard to Yuuna as he taunts her with saying Yuga is running from her and being smug about it.

At this point i can even say that Manabu tops even BASTION from GX as the most wasted early high potential character

For real. I hate what they’ve done with Manabu. They may be counterparts to their Sevens versions but they really didn’t need to make Manabu as stupidly goofy as Gakuto was. Especially when we have enough goofy characters as is already. All that’s left is to snort copium and pray that this isn’t his final duel as the series nears the end and that he gets one good episode in before it’s all done.

at least Manabu dueled better here, unlike all other times from when he got his maximum, there was no insta maximum in hand, he had to use effects to get it and even after he got locked tom play his maximum he switched his strategy with fusion

Least manga Bastion brought out zombie support.

It just feels like the writers have something against the Sogetsu characters.
